This specific template uses the areas of focus as the four pillars of sustainability making it easier to understand the core requirements needed to create a more sustainable organization.

2. Think about the objectives that could fall under that focus area
Goals and objectives are necessary to make strides in any required direction. You can then implement strategies to achieve these goals.

3. Set yourself measurable targets (KPIs) to tackle the objective
