Add weights to success criteria to define the progress of your objectives

Which is more important for improving your company's cash flow: increasing operational margins or hiring a bookkeeping/administrative team?

Not all success criteria contribute equally to the progress of an objective. To provide more granular control over which success criteria have a greater impact on the objective's progress, we've enabled 'weighting' option at the objective level.

Now, define the progress of your objectives by assigning weights to specific success criteria. You can choose to weight all success criteria evenly, or you can customize your weighting based on measures, actions, and projects.

P.S. 'Scaled weighting' is available only for users on the Enterprise tier.
