Miles has a strong board, general management and commercial background, with a consistent record of accelerating growth and building high-performing businesses across diverse cultures throughout Australia and Asia. He has a wealth of experience in general management, sales strategy and execution, business planning, supply chain, customer management and sales force optimisation. He spent 12 years with Coca-Cola including VP global commercial leadership, GM Asia — Commercial and head of the McDonald's APMEA partnership.
Jordan Colreavy - Head of Category Strategy at L'Oréal
My career thus far has covered 5 key consumer goods categories; Breakfast Cereals, Snacking, Confectionary, to Dinnertime Foods & now the Beauty industry. My experiences have included, field sales, category management, account management in both Grocery and Foodservice Wholesale, Digital E-Commerce, to Category Strategy & Revenue Management. During this time, being able to lead customers, projects, strategies and teams has been a real highlight. The first 15 years of my career have been focused on developing my experiences and learning various skills, I am now focused on how I can help others on their career paths. Developing teams and individuals to perform at their best is the most satisfying parts of my job today.
